HOW MUCH IS A MAINE COON KITTEN FROM SUPERFLUFFS?
Between 2,000-2,500 Prices will be listed on each individual kitten profile, located under the “Available Kittens” tab
WILL YOUR KITTENS BE USE TO KIDS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Our kittens are brought up around our other cats, as well as birds and our four handsome boys ages three through ten. We allow our kids to have supervised play time with the kittens to acclimate them to children as well as endless cuddles.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
The deposit is $500.00. Deposit is non-refundable. Once deposit is made, the kitten chosen is officially reserved for you.
The earliest I allow a deposit to be made is when the kitten is around 5 or 6 weeks old.
WHY IS THE DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE?
Many breeders do not offer refunds on deposits due to several factors. When a deposit is made, that kitten is reserved to you. All future potential families for that kitten are turned away and many move on to another breeder. If a buyer backs out after reserving a kitten, that often makes it more difficult to find a new family for him or her. This results in a longer stay for the kitten past the normal adoption age, causing higher expenses for the cattery with food, shots, veterinary costs etc. If the kitten has a prolonged stay at the cattery a price reduction may have to occur to attract new potential families.
WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE?
The remaining balance can be paid anytime while waiting for the kitten to go home. Remaining balance needs to be paid in full 2 weeks before kitten is to leave the cattery or cash at pick up is fine.
IS THERE A HEALTH GUARANTEE?
There is a one year guarantee against all genetic illnesses.
WHEN WILL MY KITTEN BE AVAILABLE TO LEAVE THE CATTERY?
Our kittens will be available to travel to their furrever homes anywhere between 13 and 16 weeks. Each individual kitten will be evaluated by myself and my vet and be available to leave the cattery as soon as they are deemed ready to, but no sooner than 13 weeks old. On average 16 weeks old is to be expected.
HOW DO I PICK A KITTEN?
When kittens are between 6-8 weeks old they will be out of the breeder evaluation period and those who verbally reserved a kitten will get to take pick in the order of who contacted me first. I don’t do deposit until the kitten of your dreams is picked ❤️. Once you’ve picked your kitten, the deposit is to be paid within 48 hours or the next family in line will be offered the available kitten.
CAN I VISIT THE KITTENS AT THE CATTERY?
Due to potential outside diseases and other dangers to our kittens, Kings, and Queens we are unable to allow visits from potential buyers. We are more than happy to send pictures and videos. We can also schedule live video chats.
HOW DO I GET MY KITTEN HOME IF I DO NOT LIVE NEAR THE CATTERY?
There are several options to get your kitten home to you and we will do everything we can to assist with that. You are welcome to drive or fly down to get your kitten and we can try to meet you if that makes it easier (must be discussed agreed upon and planned out prior.) It may be possible for us to bring the kitten to you ourselves, though this may be a limited option. A fee for travel costs would have to be paid in advance by the buyer. A professional courier or pet nanny may be hired at the buyers expense. The courier or pet nanny would have to be approved by our cattery before entrusting them with our kittens. We would be glad to assist you in finding a courier.
DO YOU DO GENETIC TESTING ON PARENTS?
All of our breeding cats are tested through Optimal Selection and have clean results which are available upon request.
WHAT DO SUPERFLUFF KITTENS EAT?
Our kittens eat Purina Pro Kitten wet chicken and liver and Purina Pro Kitten dry chicken and rice formula. When out of stock I use Purina One Kitten dry and Purina One Kitten wet food.
WHAT IS TRUPANION?
We are partnered with Trupanion!
